A Manly Kitty can sleep on a pink towel, because he is not afraid of his feminine side.

Happy Mother's Day, Mom
Happy Mother's Day, Mom. I love you very much - I will do just about anything for you, even make a fool of myself doing tricks for you. Happy Mother's Day to every animal and person who reads my blog. because even if you are not a mother, today you can celebrate your own mother, because of course, we all had to have a mother to be alive. Cats, be good to you human mothers today!

Good Kitty Club
I am proud to announce that I have become a charter member of the Good Kitty Club. My badge is on my sidebar. (Thanks, Rumblemum, the badge is beeyootifull!). This club was started by Inigo Flufflebum, because he is such a good kitty, by comparison with his more mischievous brother, D'Artagnan Rumblepurr, who is a member of the NAUGHTY Kitty Club. My Mom says that in most ways I am truly a good kitty. I don't climb on counters, am disinterested in people-food and never bother my parents during meals, I never awaken my parents for food in the morning etc. Please immediately forget any stories you have heard about escaping, hissing, etc. Eradicate them from your memories. They never happened.

Thursday in the Garden with Simba
Mind you, it is a good place for me to get into to make it more difficult for Mom to pick me up when she wants me to go inside again. I am quite crafty at finding those types of spots. I also have perfected the HISS when she goes to pick me up.

Easy on Sunday
I will be snoozing the day away somewhere, although probably not here, since the weather will be quite warm today. Mom found this photo in my folder from earlier this year, when I found my messy blanket in the laundry basket waiting to go into the washing machine (it is never actually dirty, but for some reason, Mom washes it to get rid of the furs on it. Why?)
I hope everybuddy finds a good relaxing spot to spend today.

And in honor of our sweet friends Herman and Karen Jo, I will be purring up a storm, to be added to the roar around the blogosphere of kitties purring for Herman, especially today, but also every day. We are very happy to hear that Herman has been doing better the past couple of days, but he really needs to eat lots of food to pick up some of the weight he has lost with his feline leukemia. And I will be purring hard for Herman to accept the medicine that Karen Jo needs to give him to help his tummy troubles.
