Tummy Tuesday

Sometimes I sleep in this corner of the family room, tucked away behind the computer table, among the power cords. One day Mom saw me doing my yoga there, and snapped this picture. I am not sure what this position is called. Any yoga experts out there?

  1. I don't know what it's called, but you are very bendy and that's a great Tummy Tuesday shot. Have a good day.

  6. Hey Simba, thanks for mentioning me on your blog again. I am pretty much fully recovered and back to my old tricks. I am very glad to have my Mommy back for now, but I am also excited about the possibility of coming to live with you and your Mommy and Daddy.

  7. It's probably a variation of the wide leg stretch. Humans usually can only get their legs on the floor when they are sitting up right OR they get on their back and have their legs up. But of course, we, as usual, are superior to them and sit up WITH the legs up...

  9. Looks something like Upavistha Konasana, or Wide Angle Seated Forward Bend to me.
