Sometimes I sleep in this corner of the family room, tucked away behind the computer table, among the power cords. One day Mom saw me doing my yoga there, and snapped this picture. I am not sure what this position is called. Any yoga experts out there?
I don't know what it's called, but you are very bendy and that's a great Tummy Tuesday shot. Have a good day.

We think you can call it anything you want, Simba!! You are very limber!!
ReplyDeleteThat is called the 'nameless' yoga position. It is a good one and you do it very well Simba. It also shows off your gorgeous tummeh. Have a fun day.
ReplyDeleteI'm not sure what that position would be called Simba, I have not come across it in my practice, but you certainly do it with tremendous flair and flexibility...I'm jealous!!
ReplyDeleteWe don't know what it's called, either, but we're impressed with your flexibility!
ReplyDeleteHey Simba, thanks for mentioning me on your blog again. I am pretty much fully recovered and back to my old tricks. I am very glad to have my Mommy back for now, but I am also excited about the possibility of coming to live with you and your Mommy and Daddy.
ReplyDeleteCute tum!
ReplyDeleteIt's probably a variation of the wide leg stretch. Humans usually can only get their legs on the floor when they are sitting up right OR they get on their back and have their legs up. But of course, we, as usual, are superior to them and sit up WITH the legs up...
ReplyDeleteWe don't know what it is called, but we do know it is a very difficult position to get right.
ReplyDeleteLooks something like Upavistha Konasana, or Wide Angle Seated Forward Bend to me.
ReplyDeleteHow about "Seated Upward Moon Toe"? We like that...
ReplyDeleteWell, they have a downward dog so maybe that's the upward cat version of yoga!
ReplyDeletei fink it is called teh "get-away-from-me-and-let-me-takes-mine-baff-in-peace" position.
ReplyDeletetum te tum tum tum hee he
ReplyDeleteMommy said it's the Kiss Me! position
ReplyDeleteIt's the nah-nah-nah-nah-nah you can't do this, position.
ReplyDeletedoesn't your Mom get upset when you choose to do things by the computer cords? Mine goes nuts!!
ReplyDelete'Tuna seeking cat'
ReplyDeleteI am Not Allowed near the computer cords.
