Fixing My Furs Again

This is my window ledge in the basement.    Dad put a piece of carpet remnant on the ledge for me for comfort.     Mom just recently vacuumed it because it was oh-so-furry!    The past couple of days, Dad has been sorting all their accumulated travel brochures from years and years, and he had lots of papers piled ON MY LEDGE!    Well, finally, I got it back, and I was oh-so-glad.    So I settled down for a thorough fur fixing session.

Please 'scuse the murky looking window.    This was just after it had been raining, and also the window needs a good cleaning from both sides, since Dad has been painting it on the outside and he got the glass messed up when he was wiping and cleaning the wooden parts outside with a bleachy solution.

Have a wonderful Friday, Furriends!

  1. You mean windows aren't usually that grey, blotchy colour ? Hmmm. We hate it when things are piled on OUR ledges. And shelves. And the human bed which is of course OUR bed. In fact, we could just live without this human junk very happily. However we'd still keep the humans to hoover up the fur.......
HAppy Friday Simba dude - keep the toe furs shining.

  5. I can't believe your human stacked a bunch of useless paper on YOUR ledge! That was rude. I'm glad he cleared it off eventually.

  10. glad you got your window ledge back Simba. How nice of your dad to put a nice soft carpet there for you. We have that for our window seats too and they're always furry but we like it that way. Hope you have a great weekend all.

  12. What a great window seat, and tell Mommy she needn't vacuum your gorgeous furs. All she needs is a Playtex glove..one..and wipe across the surface firmly. The furs come off and no clogged vacuum.
