Mom and Dad got down to the last half can of food for me today. I was pretty worried. They seemed preoccupied and busy much of the weekend, between sorting out the computer file transfer, and clearing lots of leaves in the garden. Fortunately Mom realized in time and went to the store this evening and restocked my canned food. So I filled up my tummy and was able to take a nap afterwards. Since I am still trying to grow fur. It was quite chilly and miserable here today, between cold and rain coming together. But we enjoyed the "extra" hour now that daylight savings time has ended.

Tale of Almost Woe
Mom and Dad got down to the last half can of food for me today. I was pretty worried. Fortunately Mom realized in time and went to the store this evening and restocked my canned food. So I filled up my tummy and was able to take a nap afterwards. Since I am still trying to grow fur. It was quite chilly and miserable here today, between cold and rain coming together. But we enjoyed the "extra" hour now that daylight savings time has ended.

Good thing they remembered, Simba! How can they expect you to grow a winter coat without your cat food?

ReplyDeleteDon't you just hate it when the food runs low. They just don't get how stressful that can make us. How would they like if if they found hardly any food in the cabinets or ref? They would run to the store so fast you wouldn't even be able to catch a look at them. Glad you are all stocked up once again.
