Livestrong Day - October 2, 2012
We join with so many today, Livestrong Day, to honor those who have been affected by cancer, whether they are still with us, or are no longer here with us. Our family has lost loved ones to cancer, and and we also celebrate family members and friends who are cancer survivors. Three of four kitties lost by our family went to cancer, so it is beloved pets as well as beloved human relatives and friends. (We especially remember sweet Sadie, of Beaded Tail who died earlier this year). Most recently the cat blogging community lost Poppy Vic Adamas, so this year we especially honor him and send our condolences to his family.
We purr and pray for a day when cancer is no more. LIVESTRONG!!!
