In other matters, yes my humans are home. Many of my friends thought I should punish them for going away, or that they should bring me presents, or SOMETHING. But they came without gifts because the Delta Airlines didn't get their suitcase onto the plane, and I was SO HAPPY to see them that I just purred and snuggled and fawned all over them - I just couldn't hold out. I am fine, I had plenty of window ledge time, no hairball accidents or other mishaps. I am sure I will keep Mommy awake at night purring and purring for several days till I finally become accustomed to their return.
Happy weekend, all. I hope to be better at commenting on your blogs now that I have secretarial help again.
You could do what Gemini did and be so happy but particularly happy at 2 AM when you snuggle up and purr loudly just knowing they are there...
ReplyDeleteI bet there were treats in the suitcase that the Delta humans delayed! My human hates Delta Airlines and refuses to fly on them.
ReplyDeleteGood to hear all went well. You're looking good, Simba!
ReplyDeleteSo glad you are happy with your hoomans back safely. Now you have the excitement of the return of the suitecase. Ooooh, I bet there are lots of lovely things for you in there :)xx
ReplyDeleteOh Simba..I am SO happy that you're happy and content and feel all the love your pawrents have for you..and that THEY feel your love back to them. Makes my mommy very very happy. Many kisses to you, gorgeous boy. xoxoxoxox
ReplyDeleteSimba, that is too cute, all your purring all over the parents. Sounds like you were really happy to see them. Nothing wrong with keeping them awake with purrs. I bet they like that. Take care and have a terrific week end.
ReplyDeleteThank goodness Delta didn't loose them too!
ReplyDeletePurring is the best way to make sure they keep awake and give lovely scritches while they are still feeling guilty about leaving you!!
ReplyDeleteLuv Hannah and Lucy xx xx
So very happy your secretarial help is back again. I don't like it at all when my peeps go away.
ReplyDeleteWe like showing our humans how much we love them by sticking our nosies in their ears about 3am and PURRRRR!
ReplyDeleteMy mom has been too busy mid-week to help me with secretarial duties that she might as well have abandoned me like your parents did to you.
Glad they are home so they can make it up to you.
Purrs,
Cory (who is not anonymouse!)
We can never hold out, either, Simba. We talk tough and all that, but really we're *whispers* pushovers!
ReplyDeleteYAY, Simba!!!!!!!!! We are so happy your peeps are home again.

It must be wonderful to have your humans home! Too bad their luggage didn't make it - that's always frustrating.
ReplyDeleteP.S. I like your monorail cat picture :)
We're so glad your mom and dad are home Simba and we're sure they missed you as much as you missed them! We hope you are having a good day!
ReplyDeleteMr. Simba , you are so sweet boy...Now I'm no wonder why you are so charming 007. It might be no gifts for you but I guess you got a good hugs and a good kisses in return.
ReplyDeleteHave a wonderful Weekend : )
xoxo
Okay, Simba, you gotta do what you gotta do. I purrsonally cannot bring myself to be so loving and forgiving because it is more in my nature to be very, very strict with my Human.
ReplyDeleteStill, there had better be a present in that suitcase when it finally arrives.
At least they made it back safely!
