Goodbye and Godspeed to Flynn

We are feeling very sad today to learn that my dear friend Flynn flew off to the Rainbow Bridge on May 1st, to join his brother Eric.     They were among my very first blogging friends.   I know their parents must be missing them both, and Flynn especially, since this leaves them without a kitty to share love with.     Run and fly free of sickness dear sweet Flynn.      One day we will meet again.   Please give Eric some head butts from me too, as well as ALL of our friends who have gone before.

On a happier note, one of the best things about blogging pets is meeting and getting to know bloggers from all over the world.    We share a special bond in our love of our animals.     Condolences to Jackie and Igor as they miss their dear sweet Flynn, but know that we hope you will continue to blog and tell tales of your travels and your life in Devon.   http://www.twodevoncats.blogspot.com
(Thanks so much to Ann of Zoolatry for the lovely graphic of angel Flynn).

  2. I love the comment here above me...his sweet ginger joy. Perfect description of how I felt each time I got to visit. Their sweet ginger joy. I hope their mom and dad keep on blogging too. I loved Eric's remembrances each week and hope to see some of them both now. This passing as with Nellie's has broken my heart twice over.

  4. Thank you for your beautiful tribute to Flynn. I don't know where the blog will go from here. Maybe a memory post now and again. First I will do a tribute for our boy, but I am not ready for that yet.

You are so right about pet bloggers around the world.
They are a kind and supportive bunch.
We too purr for Flynn's folks as they now have an empty home.
