:::meowww:::
Kitties, this has been a very mild winter in most of the United States. The birdies have gotten a bit confused and we already have a pair nesting in one of our birdhouses. This picture is not the best, because the servant had to zoom in a lot to get close enough to see them, but isn't this a sweet domestic scene? Mommy is peeking out the hole and Daddy is next to her on the roof. If you click on the picture, it should biggfy.
It looks a little brrr for Daddy. Is there room for him in the birdhouse?
ReplyDeleteOh I love this type of picture. Good on you for getting this capture. Ours are nesting too. I wonder of the hummers will get here earlier?
ReplyDeleteLovely picture, we hope the weather stays mild!!!
ReplyDeleteSnack dispenser!
ReplyDeleteSeriously, we have one of those and Äiti is so hopeful that it will be occupied this summer. ANd then we will of course not be allowed to eat the offspring - but we can dream, can't we ?
That is a really good picture. Well done to get both Mom and Dad there. It is nice to have had a warm winter. Have A great Thursday
ReplyDeleteNot quite warm enough for nesting to happen here, but at the rate we're going maybe in a month.
ReplyDeleteOh Yes, me and Squashies are sitting at the big window watching the birdies get stuff for their nests too. Is grate fun!
ReplyDeleteLove, TK
We been unseasonably warm here in Texas also - going to be in the
ReplyDelete70s today!
It's VERY sweet!
ReplyDeleteIt won't be long before we have our birdies back here.

I see the tasty little morsels!
ReplyDeleteThe new season of Bird TV is starting early!
ReplyDeleteThat is really sweet. We've got those kind of birdies here, too. They're fun watch flitting about in the hedge.
ReplyDeleteThat is such a cool picture, I could see just fine when I bigified it!
ReplyDeleteHow sweet!
ReplyDeleteWe agree it is so sweet.

That is a sweet picture of the birds. It is busy here with all the birds out collecting building materials for their nests.
ReplyDeleteWe had a huge white bird like a goose or seagull on swan on the roof next door. He was pawsome!
ReplyDeleteThat is really sweet how the daddy birdie looks like he is protecting mommy birdie.
ReplyDeleteThat is a very cute picture of the birdies!
ReplyDeletePoor confused birds! They're awfully cute, though.
ReplyDeleteYes! The Human says It's OVER! She's going to sleep for 24 hours, MOL. We should see you sometime Caturday!
ReplyDeleteEven though you mentioned it's not the best picture, I still like it. That was made by your pawrents with love.
ReplyDeleteDog Fence
How great to get both birds in the same picture.
ReplyDeleteLuv Hannah and Lucy xx xx
Nice bird TV... I biggified it and you are right.... very nice.

I hope that there's room in there for the daddy!

Mmmmm, Delishus snacks! Can you reach over there? I'll bring some dip!
ReplyDeleteYour Mom is **right** to be disappointed the picture does not biggify. The Human took the photo oh-so-casually from across the street (not wanting him to notice for fear he would have the Wrong Idea about why she wanted this picture), so it does not do him (or his fine bod) justice. He's 39, super nice, and single. Alas, my Human is old enough to be his mother. Sigh.
ReplyDeleteBut that doesn't mean she can't appreciate him ;-)
It's the lovely photo of birdy !
ReplyDeleteand I have to admit, I 'm drooling badly here . Can you hear " drip ! Drip ! " ?
xoxo
Sorry I'm so late to visit!! Love the birdy shot...I just love birdies and like watching them...not that I'd ever try and eat one...nope not me.........uh....oh a girl can dream, right?
