Ribbons

I LOVE ribbons. Just look at how willing I am to do a trick in order to have a chance to get that ribbon in my mouth! I get very excited when anybody is wrapping a present and using curling ribbon. Unfortunately, I am inclined to eat it, and you can imagine the result of THAT!

  1. You are doing a good job of catching that ribbon. I am more of a feathers cat myself!

  2. I (heart) ribbons too. I don't seem to eat them but now my mom is worried that I might. I like to take ones that are curled and like and chew on them until they are not curly anymore.

  3. I meant, "lick and chew on them." D'oh!

  4. Chey and Gemini: I am a bit resistant to traditional toys. Feathers seem to scare me a bit. I like the homegrown nip (more the stems than the leaves), but I lose interest in the store bought nip toys after a few minutes.

Audrey, so long as your Mom never finds a "hairball" with curly ribbon bits in it, I think it's okay. I am very good at making long ribbons short! And then barfing up the bits.

    Thanks for visiting.

  7. MOL! We love ribbons here, too, Simba -- and feathers, and 'nip, and Fling-ama-String, and trackball, and...and...and...!
